DESCRIPTION:Shepherd of the Valley is hosting\, in partnership with the St. Croix Valley Grief Coalition\, the six-week Growing Through Loss model\, one of ten in the Twin Cities\, which provides those experiencing loss an opportunity to receive FREE grief support and education. \nGrowing Through Loss is unique in that it addresses various types of loss\, related to death\, divorce or separation\, pregnancy\, care-giver\, health change or disability\, pets\, and more. Each night includes a 45-minute presentation by a grief educator\, followed by facilitated small groups focused on a different loss. SUMMARY:Jr. Circuit Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:Circuit wants to make a difference. We’re wired for it. Every summer\, our mission trips go out into the world to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus. Jr Circuit (grades 6 – 8) sets out for a destination we can reach within a day’s drive\, visiting multiple sites in the community where we can make a positive impact. We garden and landscape\, organize and freshen cluttered spaces. We work alongside the community to bring hope and reflect the love of Jesus. Sr Circuit (grades 9 – 12) travels a bit further away (usually a 2-day drive)\, and adds on bigger pursuits (think: construction\, painting\, fencing\, deck-building…one year we helped construct a tiny house)! And\, by the way\, these trips are EPIC FUN! Most of our students return for another Circuit mission trip. You’ll make new friends while on worksites or spending a day at the beach\, during amazing worship nights\, while eating ice cream or playing games on the road\, or just hanging out. SUMMARY:Sr. Circuit Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:Circuit wants to make a difference. We’re wired for it. Every summer\, our mission trips go out into the world to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus. Jr Circuit (grades 6 – 8) sets out for a destination we can reach within a day’s drive\, visiting multiple sites in the community where we can make a positive impact. We garden and landscape\, organize and freshen cluttered spaces. We work alongside the community to bring hope and reflect the love of Jesus. Sr Circuit (grades 9 – 12) travels a bit further away (usually a 2-day drive)\, and adds on bigger pursuits (think: construction\, painting\, fencing\, deck-building…one year we helped construct a tiny house)! And\, by the way\, these trips are EPIC FUN! Most of our students return for another Circuit mission trip. You’ll make new friends while on worksites or spending a day at the beach\, during amazing worship nights\, while eating ice cream or playing games on the road\, or just hanging out. Here’s a message from Gabby to tell you more. \n  \n\nThe 2026 Sr Circuit Mission trip is headed to Elliott County\, Kentucky\, located deep in the Appalachian Range. Students will serve alongside community members to help create and build a spiritual center that will be used as a house of prayer.
