-In the sermon this week we learned about listening to ourselves, listening to what others say and don’t say, and listening to the Holy Spirit as a spiritual discipline of being present with someone. Describe a time when you have had an experience of hearing from Holy Spirit as you have been listening to another person’s story.
-Ask someone to tell you their story. Listen to the story as deeply as you can. Tell the person how much it means to you to hear the story. How does their story give you a deeper understanding of your friend, God, and yourself?
