An invitation from the pastors
What to Expect
Come as you are, whether joining us on site or from your breakfast table, couch, or car! You'll notice a family feel, where we're about people knowing people, where jumping in is encouraged and messiness is understood. We expect God to show up and fill us for lives in service to Him and others. Our worship services typically last about one hour, and each service is the same style, so choose the time that works best for you.
If you choose to worship in person, we work to create a safe environment with masks, distancing, and thorough cleaning. Our ushers will welcome you and help you find a seat in our spacious sanctuary. Reflect as you gaze on the cross or out the windows overlooking the open landscape. Clap and raise your hands, or quietly take it all in. And when it is our time of offering, don’t feel obligated to give money. Giving is meant for people who have made Shepherd their church home. At some services, we offer communion, and anyone is welcome who believes in Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
If you choose to worship online, great! We work to provide excellent worship services both live and on demand so that you are able to join us when and where you want. You'll get a sense of who we are and what matters to us.
Each person in God's family has unsurpassable worth! If you choose to worship in person, kids are always welcome in worship. If your child gets restless, you can watch the service from the Family Room or bring your child to the nursery, available at each of our services for children 4 and under.
For pre-K (age 3) through 6th grade students, Sunday School (sovKids) is available most Sundays at the second and third services. When you enter the main doors, just ask someone at the front desk to help your family get started. Students in grades 7 through 12 are encouraged to worship with their family and join our student-focused worship on Wednesday nights at The Circuit.
If your family prefers to connect online only, we partner with you by providing regular communication, resources, and in-home kits. Use the buttons below to connect with us.
