Confession
Gracious Jesus, You invited us to let our light shine so that others would see You in our actions. We confess that our pride causes us to take credit rather than put your grace on display. We have tried to appear important in front of others rather than receive our worth from You. We have relied on our own strength for daily living rather than trusting You. Forgive us, renew us, and lead us, so that we can take joy in Your will and be rooted in Your humility. Amen.
